Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Flappybirdcreator Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

We aim to confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with matters involving licensed contractors.
